1 lb ground beef (or beef/pork blend)
1 egg

½ tsp black pepper (optional if strict carnivore)
½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
2 tbsp grated parmesan (optional but great for texture)
1–2 tbsp heavy cream (optional, for softer meatballs)
Butter or beef tallow for frying
Instructions
Mix meat, egg, salt, pepper, and parmesan (if using).
Form meatballs (about golf-ball size).
Pan-fry in butter/tallow on medium heat until browned and cooked through, OR bake at 400°F (205°C) for 15–18 minutes.
🧀 Carnivore Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream
½–1 cup grated parmesan
2 tbsp butter
Salt to taste
Optional: small spoon of cream cheese for extra thickness
Instructions
Heat butter in a pan on medium-low.
Add heavy cream; simmer gently 3–4 minutes.
Stir in parmesan until melted and smooth.
Add salt to taste.
