Ā Instructions:
1.Ā Preheat oven:
Set oven to 325°F (160°C).
Place a baking dish or ramekins inside aĀ larger panĀ filled withĀ hot waterĀ ā this water bath prevents curdling.
2.Ā Mix custard:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together:
4 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
Salt
Whisk until fully combined and smooth.
3.Ā Pour and bake:
Pour the custard mixture intoĀ ramekins or a small baking dish.
Place the dish into theĀ hot water bath.
Bake forĀ 30ā35 minutes, or until the center is just set (it should jiggle slightly).
