Instructions
Make the dough:
In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
Add sugar, melted butter, salt, eggs, and flour. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead for 5–8 minutes on a floured surface until smooth and elastic.
Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour (or until doubled in size).
Prepare the filling:

Roll dough into a rectangle (~16×12 inches). Spread softened butter over the surface, then sprinkle evenly with cinnamon-sugar mix.
Form the rolls:
Roll up tightly from the long side, then slice into 12 even pieces.
Place in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Cover and let rise another 30 minutes.
Bake:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake rolls for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.
Make the icing:
Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt; mix until creamy.
Spread over warm buns just out of the oven.
